Event Results
2015-2016:
Outdoor- Placed first in the 100 meter hurdles, third in the 400 meter hurdles, second in the long jump, second in the triple jump, and first in the heptathlan at the 2015-2016 Women's Outdoor Track and Field NACC Championship. 2016 All-Region selection in the heptathlon, NCAA DIII All-American, placed 13th overall in the 100 meter hurdles, and placed fourth in the heptathlon at the 2016 NCAA Women's Track and Field Championship.
Indoor- Finished first in the 55 meter hurdles in the NACC indoor Championship. Also finshed second in the triple jump and third in the long jump. She also qualified to compete in the NCAA indoor Championship where she placed sixth in the pentathlon earning the 2016 NCAA Division III All-American award. Â
2014-2015:
Indoor- Placed first in three events at the NACC indoor Championship. Earned first in the 55 meter hurdles, long jump, and triple jump.
Outdoor- Finshed first in the 100 meter in the NACC outdoor Championship as well as earning second in the 400 meter. She also earned first in both the long jump and triple jump.
2013: As a member of the track and field team, she was selected as a 2012-2013 NACC Scholar Athlete.
High School: Graduated from Richmond-Burton Community High School in 2012 where she received varsity letters in cross country, track, and cheerleading. She was named MVP in track her junior and senior year.
Family: Dave and Linda Sheedlo. She has four brothers, Josiah, Jacob, Caleb, and Ethan.
Hobbies: Reading and hanging out with friends and family.
Major: Nursing.
