Event Results

2015-2016:
Outdoor- Finished first in the 100 meter, the 200 meter, 4x100 meter relay, and the 4x400 meter relay at the NACC Indoor Championship. Finished 17th in the 100 meter and 15th in the 200 meter at the NCAA Outdoor Championship.

Indoor- Finished first in the 200 meter in the NACC indoor Championship. Also finished first in the 4x400 meter relay as well as earning second in the 55 meter hurdles. She also qualified for the NCAA indoor Championship. She finished 13 in the 60 meter and 15 in the 200 meter.  

2014-2015: Simpkins ran indoor and outdoor track for the Spartans and qualified for both the indoor and outdoor NCAA Championships in the 200 meter dash. She finished as an All-American in both indoor and outdoor. In the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference, she was named the Women's Track Freshman of the Year in both indoor and outdoor and at the indoor meet was named the Track Athlete of the Meet.

High School: Graduated from Northside Christian in 2014, running track and being named athlete of the year.

Family: Mother La'quita Calvin and she has three brothers.

Hobbies: Singing and dancing.
