2017: Attended Aurora University and was a member of the Spartan Women's Cross Country team. Put forth her best effort of the season by completing the Spartan Classic in 28:46.9

2016: Attended Aurora University and was a member of the Spartan Women's Cross Country team. Sewed up a season best 6K at the Eagle Invitational in 28:20.8

2015: Attended Aurora University and was a member of the Spartan Women's Cross Country team. Produced her career best time by running 27:44.9 at the AAE Invitational

High School: Graduated from J Sterling Morton West High School  where she received varsity letters in cross country and track and field.

Family: Abel Challapa and Rocio Sanchez. She has one sister, Graciela and one brother Kevin.

Hobbies: Running.

Major: Nursing.
