The Spartan Fund has benefited student-athletes by providing:
- - Weight room enhancements, such as Olympic power platforms, squad and bench stations, additional free weights and dumbbells
- - State-of-the-art technology and film upgrades
- - Educational programming on nutrition, alcohol awareness and leadership
- - New volleyball netting system
- - Support for the Student Athletic Advisory Committee (SAAC)
- - Travel opportunities for AU student-athletes
