Aurora University Athletics

Head coaches make daily decisions ranging from decisions regarding recruiting, scheduling, budget management, practice organization, travel squads, who starts, who plays, to how they will feed their squad after an away competition. University and Athletic Department policies assist with some aspects of those decisions, but many are the responsibility of the head coach and their staff. We ask that you respect the responsibility they have and that they will try to do the best they can for their program and participants.
