Philosophy: To develop a comprehensive training program designed specifically for the individual athletes needs and demands required by sport/position, while reducing the risk of injuries acquired in sport. To accomplish these goals we adhere to the following.
a. Olympic style weightlifting
b. Development of speed and power every training session
c. Sport specific injury reduction routines
d. Movement training rather than isolation training
e. Trunk/Core development every training session
f. Education of athletic nutritional guidelines
Performing these guidelines with great intensity on a consistent basis will ensure a high level of preparation over the competition.
