What is your most memorable academic experience at AU?Being part of such great class atmospheres
Why did you choose to attend Aurora University?I loved the atmosphere of the campus and of the team as well. Also, Aurora offers a very good social work program.
Who is your all-time favorite athlete and why?Kara Goucher because she just puts so much heart into her running career.
What is your favorite class and why?Addictions counseling because it fits right into the career path I have chosen for social work.
Who is your favorite professor and why?Professor Winkeler because he has taught me so much in the field and I wouldn't be who I am
today without him.
Other than the sport(s) you play, what other sports activity are you good at?To be honest I am not very talented at many other sports.
Outside of sports, what is your favorite hobby?I love to be outdoors and to hangout with friends.
What is your favorite meal in the cafeteria?Grilled cheese
Who is your role model?My mom for always being there for me.
What do you enjoy most about practice?Just being with an amazing team and learning so much from one another
What do you like least about practice?The cold weather when winter practices roll around
What are your plans/goals after graduation?I plan to get a job in the field of social work hopefully working with behavioral health or eating disorder patients.
Do you have any pregame rituals?I always have to paint my nails, straighten my hair, and write an encouraging quote on my arms
What will you remember most from your college career?The friendships I have made that hopefully will follow me later on in life
As a senior, what advice would you give to freshman at AU?Enjoy it while you can because in the blink of an eye college is over with.
