What is your most memorable academic experience at AU?Accounting night class with my roommate.
Why did you choose to attend Aurora University?It was close to home, a chance to play football, and had a great atmosphere.
Who is your all-time favorite athlete and why?Brian Dawkins because he was a great leader, motivator, & was an aggressive defensive player.
What is your favorite class and why?International Business was one of my favorite classes because it opened my view on business
Who is your favorite professor and why?Professor Green; he is knowledgeable, helpful to his students, and overall just a great person.
Other than the sport(s) you play, what other sports activity are you good at?Even though I may not hit shots consistently, I find myself quite talented in Basketball.
Outside of sports, what is your favorite hobby?Grilling with friends.
What is your favorite meal in the cafeteria?Chicken Nugget Day!!!
Who is your role model?My dad is one of my role models because he is smart, hardworking, and does everything he can to provide for his family & make them happy. Even after facing adversity, he man’s up and progresses.
What do you enjoy most about practice?Grinding day in and day out with my brothers.
What do you like least about practice?When people don't check the special teams depth chart.
What are your plans/goals after graduation?Find a job.
Do you have any pregame rituals?Every game day when I wake up I listen to the Mr. Roger's Neighborhood Theme Song, A Beautiful Morning by The Rascals, and Where Da Hood at by DMX in that order.
What will you remember most from your college career?I'll remember the teammates from the past 4 years, but it's the brotherhood bonds that I've made with the ones that have been with me all 4 years. The numbers of players from my class have gotten smaller year by year, but the ones who have stuck around with me every year have made an enormous impact on my life and I will always be grateful for that. I will always remember my brothers.
As a senior, what advice would you give to freshman at AU?Don't mess around in class so you can graduate on time. Be social so you can make relationships with people and have great memories with them. Lastly, let the good times roll and get sick with it.
