Why did you choose to attend Aurora University?AU has great business connections and opportunities for future employment. Basketball is also a huge passion of mine and I am so grateful to have been given the opportunity to become a Spartan!
Who is your all-time favorite athlete and why?Larry Bird is an outstanding athlete who has earned everything he has achieved. He's also a very humble athlete which enhances my admiration for him.
What is your favorite class and why?Social Media marketing because it's a field of marketing that I would like to focus on as I search for jobs.
Who is your favorite professor and why?Toby Arquette, he engages students with his communication techniques and teaching styles. Toby is also very reliable outside of the classroom!
Other than the sport(s) you play, what other sports activity are you good at?Running for long periods of time without dying.
Outside of sports, what is your favorite hobby?Watching movies and/or football
Who is your role model?My dad is my biggest role model. His work ethic, resilience, and humor are three characteristics that I love about him.
What do you enjoy most about practice?I love scrimmaging against my teammates and pushing each other to continue improving.
What do you like least about practice?Shooting free throws that result in running consequences.
What are your plans/goals after graduation?I hope to find a job in the Chicago land area that allows me to utilize the skills I've learned here at AU. My ideal position would be in social media marketing or marketing sales.
Do you have any pregame rituals?Listen to specific songs on my iPod, pray in the locker room before the game and touch the net just before we're about to start!
What will you remember most from your college career?The people I've met and the memories I've made with them!
As a senior, what advice would you give to freshman at AU?Keep working hard in the classroom and on the court because it's so worth it in the end.
