Jordan DeGeorge

Jordan DeGeorge joined the Aurora University Spartan baseball staff in the summer of 2014.

DeGeorge serves as the Spartan pitching coach and as a CSCS certified strength coach, he assists AU strength and conditioning coach Chad Trudo as well.

DeGeorge came to AU after a one year stint at Central College in 2013 where he served as a varsity assistant and pitching coach also under current AU Head Coach Adam Stevens.

From 2010 to 2013 he served at Wheaton College, coaching pitchers and catchers and developing the team’s strength and conditioning program. He also worked at the Chicago White Sox Training Academy at Glen Ellyn, Ill. during that time as a catching and fitness instructor. Previously he spent two summers coaching in an American Junior Legion league in Beloit, Wis., his hometown. He’s also served as a camp instructor and offered private instruction.

A 2010 honors graduate at Beloit College, DeGeorge was a two-time all-Midwest Conference pitcher. He was also a third-team all-region pick and a three-time academic all-conference honoree. He set school season strikeouts and victories records, helping lead Beloit to the 2009 league title and an NCAA Division III tournament berth. DeGeorge spent his freshman season at Coe College in 2006, when the Kohawks advanced to NCAA tourney play.

At F.J. Turner High School in Beloit, Wisconsin, he was an all-state selection and the Rock Valley Conference Player of the Year in 2005.
