Jeff Fellers is an Assistant Coach for both the Cross Country and Track & Field teams at AU. Prior to becoming a full-time assistant he was the Graduate Assistant from 2013-2015. His main roles include Pole Vault, Relay Handoffs, Block Starts, and assisting with the Multi’s.
In his short time at AU, Fellers has coached two All-Americans including a national runner-up, four national qualifiers, 25 conference champions, 37 All-Conference Performers, and six Conference Records in the Vault and Relays. While also helping to lead the AU program as a whole to 51 National Qualifiers, 33 All-American’s, and two National Champion’s since 2013.
As an athlete for the Spartans, Fellers captured three conference titles in the Pole Vault and was a part of the conference winning Distance Medley Relay in 2007. Â He was an eight-time All-Conference performer in Track & Field and the school and conference record holder in the Pole Vault when he graduated. During his time at AU Fellers also played football and helped lead the Spartans to a conference title and the Division III Playoffs in 2008. He is in the top-10 All-Time for All-Purpose Yards. Â
Fellers has a B.S. in Fitness and Health Promotion and earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration in May, 2015.
