Allie Pearson joined the Aurora University women's basketball coaching staff in the summer of 2025. She comes to AU after spending the last two seasons as a graduate assistant coach with McKendree University women's basketball.
Prior to McKendree, Pearson was a student-athlete at North Central College where she made a impact in all five seasons she played. In Pearson's sophomore (2019-2020) and junior (2020-2021) seasons she was awarded Second Team All-CCIW. In Pearson's senior year (2021-2022) she led the team in scoring (10.3ppg), assists (93), and free throw percentage (.865). In Pearson's fifth year (2022-2023) she led the team in three pointers (37) and finished her career ranked 12th in program history for points scored (1,079).
Pearson is a native of Des Plaines, Ill., and earned her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Psychology from NCC and her master's in Performance Psychology and Leadership from McKendree.
