Carson Leader joined the Aurora Univeristy Athletic Department as a Graduate Assistant for the Spartan Men's Lacrosse Team in the fall of 2025.
Carson graduated from Aurora in the spring of 2025 Bachelor degrees in Marketing and Sport Management. He is now persuing his Master's in Business Administration.
During his time at AU, he competed for four years on the Men's Lacrosse Team where he was a two-time captain.Â
In his first year as Graduate Assistant, Carson was apart of the NACC's Men's Lacrosse Coaching Staff of the Year. While running the offensive game plan for the Spartans, they ranked sixth in the country in scoring offense with 17.53 goals per game, sixth in man-up offense at 51%, fourth in the nation in points per game with 28.35, and ranked third in all of Division III in scoring margin at 9.35 goals.Â
Carson is from Lincoln, Nebraska.
