Aurora University Athletics

Simpson is a former Division I softball athlete at Indiana State University from 2005-2009, where she completed her bachelor's degree in Athletic Training in 2010. After graduation she continued her education at Western Michigan University earning a Master's of Science in Exercise and Sports Medicine. While at WMU, Simpson completed her graduate assistantship at Hackett Catholic Central High School as the Head Athletic Trainer from 2010-2012.

Simpson has been employed by ATI Physical Therapy since graduating from WMU in 2012. Prior to beginning at AU in 2015, she worked as assistant Athletic Trainer at Plainfield South High School. Meredith currently works with Football, Women's Basketball, Women's Bowling and Baseball.  She has been certified by the Board of Certification since 2010 and is currently licensed as an athletic trainer in the state of Illinois.
