Aurora University junior midfielder Monique Gibson was named the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Women's Lacrosse Student-Athletes of the Week for the week of Feb. 28-March 6, 2022, as selected by the league's athletics communications directors.

Gibson started the 2022 season with six goals and six assists in two games while adding 16 draw controls forcing two turnovers. She scored seven points on four goals and three assists with eight draw controls in a season-opening 17-8 win at Redlands on March 3. Gibson added five points on two goals and three assists with eight draw controls and two ground balls in a 14-11 loss at Chapman.

On the season, Gibson leads the Spartans (1-2 overall record) with 17 points on eight goals and nine assists while adding 21 draw controls.
