Aurora University Spartan men's basketball junior guard Noah Butler was named this week's Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Week.

Butler earned the honor after he led AU to a 2-0 week with a pair of wins over CCIW foes, North Central College (81-79 overtime) and at Augustana College (81-76). Butler averaged 25 points in the two games, shooting 50% from the field (16-32) with 57.1% (4-7) from three and going 14-of-18 from the free throw line. Additionally, he averaged 4.0 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game.

On the season, Butler is averaging 19.3 points and 4.3 rebounds per game for the 3-1 Spartans. He is shooting 53.8% from the field (28-of-52).
