Waskow comes to Aurora University to serve as a graduate assistant for the Spartan women's basketball program.
A 2013 graduate of Coe College, Waskow was a two-time captain and four-year starter. At Coe she played in the school's first NCAA Tournament appearance in 2011.
On the court, Waskow was a four-time Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference First-Team All-Conference performer and Academic All-Conference all four years. In 2012 she was named the IIAC MVP and received Second-Team West All-Region recognition in 2012 and 2013.
She was a Leadership Council Member for four years. She received a bachelor's degree in business administration and physical education with an emphasis on strength and conditioning.
