The Aurora University volleyball team welcomed Edgewood College to Thornton Gymnasium on Friday evening with the Spartans celebrating Senior Night prior to the start of the NACC match-up. AU opened with a first set victory before falling in four sets.

Edgewood wins the third set 25-19 despite a late rally from the Spartans

Tonight was senior night for the Spartans Destiny Stuersel and Morgan Hanson were recognized.
 
FOR THE SPARTANS
Peyton McKenzie led Aurora with 13 kills.
Emily Lines had 25 assists and 10 digs for a double-double.

FOR THE FOES
Jordan Winkler led all hitters with 15 kills and added 21 digs.
Haley Schwenn had 27 assists.
