The Aurora University volleyball team traveled to Lakeland College in the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Tournament opening round match-up and AU fell to the Muskies 3-1.

HOW IT HAPPENED
AU won the opening set 25-20 in a back and forth contest that was tied at 19-19 before a final Spartan run.
The second set saw Lakeland pull away to win 25-16.
AU pulled out to a 12-7 lead in the third set but rallied late to win 25-22.
The Spartans trailed throughout, but fought back late before losing 25-18.
 
FOR THE SPARTANS
Peyton McKenzie had a double-double with 16 kills and 15 digs.
Emily Lines had a double-double with 38 digs and 21 digs.
Hannah Lanasa had 11 kills.
Nikki Lofshult had 18 digs.

Courtney Naser had 12 kills.
Taylor Levitt had 38 assists.
