The Aurora University men's indoor track and field team competed at the 2016 Phoenix Invitational hosted by the University of Chicago. The men finished second out of 5 teams. A noteworthy performance on the men's side was that of sophomore
TJ Pitcock, who had overcome injuries in his previous track season and won the men's 800 meter race with an impressive time of 1:59.
