Heavy rain prior to kickoff between the AU Spartan women and the Concordia University Wisconsin Falcons led to a wet Vago Field but the Spartans were not deterred as they scored the games lone goal in the first half for the win.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The game began on a soaked field after a downpour of rain for the entire pregame.
Midway through the first half Aurora scored from a header by Hannah Scahill assisted off the pipe by Julia Dages.
The second half was back and forth with a few scoring chances by both teams but no one found the back of the net.

FOR THE SPARTANS
Aurora had nine shots on the game six of them were on goal.
The corner kicks were very even with Aurora having two and CUW taking three.
