The Aurora University Spartans hosted Concordia University Wisconsin in an offensive explosion that saw a combined 230 points and AU fell 120-110.

HOW IT HAPPENEDAU ran out to a quick 7-0 lead but CUW stormed back to tie the game at 12 with 15:42 to play.
With 7 minutes to play in the first half, the game was tied at 38 all.
A 15-5 run gave the Spartans a 10-point lead with 4:22 to play in the first.
But a 14-4 CUW run tied the game at 57-57 with over one minute to play.
The teams went into halftime with AU leading 61-58.
The Spartans held the lead for the first five minutes of the second half.
Free throws, one of many for CUW in the second half gave the Falcons a 76-75 lead. A lead the Spartans would not be able to overcome.
AU trailed by as many as 11 points but cut into the lead numerous times but free throws and timely three's by CUW kept AU from retaking the lead.
As the final horn sounded, AU fell 120-110.

Nick Kladis had 22 points and five assists.
Tyler Hall had 20 points.
