The Aurora University men's track team had a bevy of exceptional performances at the 2016 Don Church Twilight Invitational hosted by Wheaton College. The Spartan men placed third out of nine teams.
Sophomore
Terry Moore had an incredible day winning the 100 meter race at a time of 21.91s. Moore also helped the 4x100 relay to a fourth place finish and the 4x400 relay to a second place finish with a school record of 3:17.64. Moore was joined by
Jaylen Robinson,
Aaron Crawford, and
Kalmon Stokes. Stokes also had an excellent day in the 400m hurdles by winning the meet with a time of 52.44s. Junior
Jimmy Baeskens also had a fantastic day where he placed first for attached runners in the grueling 10,000m race with a time of 32:25.41.
