The Aurora University men's soccer team defeated a well played match at Hope College, winning 4-2 on Friday evening in Holland, Michigan.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Jordan Schure scored the first and only goal of the first-half in the 13th minute.
In the 68th minute AU was able to capitalize on a Hope mistake with an own goal to lead 2-0.
A few minutes later Hope snapped the Spartan shutout attempt with a goal in the 71st minute.
AU answered almost immediately with a spectacular goal from
Christian Duarte and the Spartans led 3-1.
In the 81st minute, Hope cut into the AU lead with a goal.
On a free kick in the 84th minute, Spartan
Xavier Ortiz found the back of the net from 35 yards out. AU led 4-2.
