The Aurora University men's basketball team dropped a heartbreaker at Edgewood as the hosts hit a shot in the final seconds to knock off the Spartans.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- AU led 15-10 midway through the first-half.
- The Spartans were out scored 23-8 in the final 10 minutes and trailed 33-23 at the half.
- AU started the second-half on a 12-1 run and led 35-34 five minutes into the second session.
- The Spartans regained a late lead and led 65-63 with just under a minute to go.
- Up one in the final seconds, AU saw Edgewood score with two seconds to go and lost 66-65.

FOR THE SPARTANS
- Marcus Myers had a game-high 22 points on 10-of-18 shooting from the field.
- Max Vickers had 13 points and eight rebounds.
