The Aurora University men's lacrosse team traveled to highly ranked York College of Pennsylvania and after enduring a lengthy weather delay midway through the game, fell to the Spartans of York 16-2.

HOW IT HAPPENED
York won the opening face off and controlled possession and eventually scored the games first goal 2:23 into the game.
York added two more goals to lead 3-0 after one quarter.
The host Spartans added six goals in the second to lead 9-0.
With 2:49 left in the first-half, weather rolled in and caused a several hour delay.
The teams returned from the break and in the third quarter, York built the lead up to 12-0.
With 7:11 to go in the third, Spartan
Jason Koziol broke the AU scoreless run on an assist from
JK Torres.
AU trailed 14-1 after three.
Koziol added a goal in the fourth on an assist from
Matt Sammarco.
AU fell by a final score of 16-2.
