The Aurora University women's soccer team opened the Spartan Athletic Park at the Spartan Stadium with a victorious 4-0 victory over Wisconsin Lutheran College on Wednesday night.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The first ever goal in the Spartan Stadium was scored 8:45 into the game by
Kelsey King on an assist by
Alicia Rotolo. The goal came after a Spartan shooting barrage on the Warrior goalkeeper that had multiple shots hit the post.
- In the 20
th minute, the Spartans scored again from
Jessica Ortiz on an assist by
Corynne McEachern to put the Spartans up 2-0.
- The Spartans continued their aggressive play and tallied another first half goal in the 25
th minute on an unassisted goal by
Celeste Martinez to make it a 3-0 lead.
- Leading 3-0 at halftime, AU continued to control play early in the second-half.

Anessa Munoz scored on a penalty kick to push the Spartan lead to 4-0 in the second half. The goal came at 69:25.
- The Spartans amassed 28 shots on the evening to control the game for the first of many victories to come in Spartan Stadium.
