- AU fell behind early after a breakaway goal from Methodist in the 10^th minute
-The AU deficit increased to 3-0 after Methodist added two more goals in the 26^th and 37^th minute. The Spartans trailed 3-0 at the end of the first half.
-The Spartan defense locked down Methodist for the remainder of the game holding the Monarchs to only two shots on goal.
-The Aurora University Women's Soccer Team fell to Methodist University 3-0
