The Aurora University women's soccer team hosted Edgewood College at Spartan Stadium on Saturday, September 22 in some NACCtion. The Spartans came out victorious winning 2-0.

RECORDS: Aurora University 2-4-1 overall and 1-1 in the NACC; Edgewood College 0-6-1 overall and 0-2 in the NACC
 
HOW IT HAPPENED
- AU came out and attacked the Eagle defense right away, putting the visitors on their heals.
- In the the 7th minute a throw in could not be corralled by a couple Eagle defenders found Giselle Torres who buried a shot and a goal.
- The Spartans went into halftime leading 1-0.
- The Spartans and Eagles each traded scoring chances but neither team could put one past the keeper. 
- AU capitalized on a loose ball in the box in the 76th minute. Ariana Hopewell took advantage and put the ball in the back of the net for a 2-0 Spartan lead. 
- The Spartans won the game 2-0.
