The Aurora University women's hockey team took on Trine University in the second of a two-game series at Fox Valley Ice Arena. The Spartans claimed victory with an overtime goal, 37 seconds into the extra period.

- The Spartans came out quickly in the extra session and ended the game. Nicole McKernan scored 37 seconds in with assists from Lexie Martinez and Sadie Parton. 
- The McKernan goal lifted the Spartans to tie the program record for wins with five.
