The Aurora University men's cross country finished runners-up at the 2019 Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Championship on Saturday afternoon in West Allis, Wisconsin on a muddy track. Three Spartans finished in the top 11 to earn NACC All-Conference honors.

- Aurora University finished second out of 11 teams
- Three of Spartans earned All-Conference honors as they finished in the top 15 of the NACC competitors which totaled 77 from 10 schools.
