The Aurora University women's basketball took advantage of a first half lead to beat MSOE 65-59 in NACC play. The Spartans extended their lead to four with the road win.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Raiders and the Spartans battled back and forth in the first quarter, with each team going on a scoring run, but ultimately ending the quarter knotted at 13-13.
- The Spartans outscored MSOE by 11 points in the second quarter, taking a 35-23 lead into the half.
- MSOE came out of half time on an eight point run, cutting the AU lead to four with 8:38 left in the third quarter.
- A layup by
Savannah Johnson with 8:19 left in the third quarter got the Spartans on the board in the second half and increased the Spartan lead to 37-31.
- The Raiders would pull within two by the end of the quarter, with the Spartans holding their lead 48-46 going into the fourth quarter.
- Although the Raiders evened the score 48-48 with 9:44 left in the fourth quarter, the Spartans would never relinquish their lead.
- The Spartans went on to win 65-59.
