The Aurora University women's basketball team traveled to Lakeland University for a rescheduled NACC contest on Monday night. AU hung close with the Muskies but fell in the end, 59-51.

- The Spartans jumped out quickly on Lakeland and halfway through the first quarter, led 10-4.
- Lakeland scored the final six points of the quarter and AU trailed after the first 13-12.
- The second quarter was a near replica of the first as the Spartans led 20-15 at 6:16 left in the period.
- AU was out-scored 11-2 as foul trouble became a factor the rest of the quarter.
- The Spartans trailed 26-22 going to halftime.
- The third quarter was low scoring by both teams and after three quarters played, AU trailed 38-32.
- In the fourth, the Spartans hung close but couldn't get any closer than down six which they did on numerous occasions before falling 59-51.
