The Aurora University men's basketball team will represent AU and the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference in the 2019 NCAA Division III Championship Tournament after the Spartans claimed the 2018–2019 NACC men's basketball Tournament title on Sunday night in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at Milwaukee School of Engineering. The third-ranked Spartans defeated Illinois Institute of Technology 71–57 to secure a second consecutive trip to the NCAA Tournament.

AU's NCAA Division III Tournament opponent and the location of the contest will be announced on Monday, February 25 at 11:30 a.m. when the NCAA selection committee announces the field of 64.
