The Aurora University women's volleyball team dealt with Thunder inside and out on Friday evening with the Spartans defeating the Wheaton College Thunder 3-0.

THE BASICS:
FINAL SCORE: Aurora University 3, Wheaton College 0 (25-14, 25-17, 25-14)
LOCATION: Wheaton, Illinois
RECORDS: Aurora University 11-6 overall and 2-0 NACC; Wheaton College 10-5 overall

HOW IT HAPPENED -
- AU jumped out to a 7-0 lead in the first set before running away with a 25-14 win.
- In the second set, AU had to come from behind, trailing 5-2 and 11-8 before an 8-1 run gave the Spartans the lead. AU won 25-17.
- AU led 8-7 in the third set as Julia Wood stepped to the service line. When Wood was finished, AU led 19-7 and would go on to win 25-14.
