The Aurora University men's volleyball team remained unbeaten early in the 2020 season with an impressive 3-2 match win at North Central College.

- AU rebounded in the second set, jumping out to an early 5-3 lead.
- Behind a .478 hitting percentage in the set, AU won 25-18.
- The Spartans fell behind in the third set, trailing 17-11.
- AU began a rally, running off a 10-4 scoring run to tie the set at 21-21.
- The match went extra time with kills from Justin Elliott and Jack Fischer ended in a Spartan win 27-25.
- The fourth set went back and forth with the set tied 16-16.
- AU would fall 25-21 sending the match to a winner take all fifth set.
- The Spartans led from the opening point of the fifth set, leading 9-4 with NCC having used both of their timeouts.
- AU captured the final four points of the set to win 15-8 and capture the match 3-2.
