The Aurora University men's basketball team had a cold second-half shooting performance in a road loss to Benedictine University Tuesday night.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Spartans used five points from Jarek Hotwagner in a 7-0 run to trail by 6 (22-16) with 6:30 left in the first-half.
- AU went to the half down 42-23 after the hosts finished on a 10-0 run.
- The Spartans shooting hit the ice in the second-half, but AU did go 15-of-19 from the free-throw line.
- AU fell by a final of 82-45.
