The Aurora University men's soccer team hosted Edgewood College Saturday afternoon. The Spartans were victorious with a 2-0 shutout against the Eagles.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Spartan Enrique Gonzalez got AU on the board in the 10^th minute of the game to take a 1-0 lead over Edgewood, he was assisted by Raul Magana and Cristian Correa.
- Spartan keeper Jalen Depenbrock and his defensive teammates were able to keep the Eagles from finding the back of the AU net.
- Going into the half AU led 1-0.
- In the 68^th minute Sal Garcia and Raul Magana set up Anthony Marmolejo for a Spartan goal. AU extended their lead to 2-0.
- The Spartans out shot the Eagles, 23-6 and would go to win the game 2-0.
