The Aurora University women's volleyball team swept the 2021 Jim Coleman Memorial Classic Tri-Match, defeating St. Norbert College 3-1 (25-22, 22-25, 27-25, 25-16) and University of Dubuque 3-0 (25-14, 25-13, 25-19).

MATCH ONE vs. St. Norbert College
SPARTAN HIGHLIGHTS
- AU trailed in the first part of the opening set before a Addy Gruse kill have them a 16-15 lead.
- The set would then be tied 21-21. An ace from Kaycie Wenzel and two kills from Lulu Torres lifted AU to a 25-22 win.
- AU fell in the second set 25-22.
- A slow start in the third set saw Head Coach James Seitelman uncharacteristically use two early timeouts. His words of encouragement helped the Spartans rally immediately from down five.
- The set went extra time with the Spartans winning 27-25.
- The momentum from the third set win carried over into the fourth. AU hit .294 and won handily 25-16 and 3-1 in the match
- Sydnei Avery had a double-double with 20 kills and 12 digs.
- Kaitlyn Beebe had a double-double with 46 assists and 17 digs

MATCH ONE vs. University of Dubuque
SPARTAN HIGHLIGHTS
- AU dominated the first set, leading throughout with five Spartans collecting two or more kills.
- The Spartans trailed 3-1 and then ran away with the second set, winning 25-13.
- They hit .364 in the set with five Spartans collecting kills, led by Addy Gruse with four.
- The third set was back and forth until a Lulu Torres kill made it 11-10 AU.
- The Spartans ran off to win 25-19 with three straight serves in the middle of the set from Kaitlyn Beebe going for aces.
- Kaitlyn Beebe collected her second double-double of the day with 35 assists and 12 digs.
