HOW IT HAPPENED
- The first half saw no goals scored with the Spartans having the only three shots on target.
- A few ticks under 20 minutes into the second-half, the Spartans struck for the lead.
- Emma Delgado found the back of the net with an assist from Jessica Mirsky. Mirsky seconds earlier had her shot attempted saved.
- Lindsey Cepa and the AU defense kept the 1-0 lead in order over the final 25 minutes of action.
- AU was victorious in the season finale 1-0.
