For the fourth consecutive season the Aurora University women's volleyball team played in the NCAA Division III Regional Tournament with the Spartans taking on Claremont-Mudd-Scripps at Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa on Friday afternoon. AU dropped the match 3-1 to end another successful volleyball season.

- AU took a 6-5 lead in the opening set on a kill from
Kate Poellmann.
- The Spartans expanded their lead to seven at 17-10 on a kill from
Kaitlyn Beebe.
- After CMS scored five points, Poellmann knocked down a kill to end the run.

Sydnei Avery put the opening set in the AU victory column with the final point and set win 25-20.
- Poellmann led six Spartans to pick up a kill with five.
- The second set did not go well for the Spartans who trailed early and fell 25-14.
- The third set saw a big CMS run midway through and AU fell 25-15.

Stasia Brown had four kills in the third set to lead the Spartans
- An early deficit was to much for AU to overcome in the fourth set as they lost 25-15.
- AU fell 3-1 to Claremont-Mudd-Scripps.

The Aurora University women's volleyball team finishes the 2021 season with a 20-9 overall record. The Spartans won the 2021 Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference regular season and tournament championship while making a fourth straight appearance in the NCAA Championship.
