The Aurora University Spartans men's wrestling team continued to show well in their inaugural season, finishing eighth at the highly competitive North Central College Open. AU scored 49.5 points with 


Luke Silva finished second in the 174 weight class bracket. He went 3-1 on the day to finish second.
Skyler Pike finished fifth in the 125 weight class bracket, winning the consolation bracket.
Dylan Regnier-Jamnik made his 2021-2022 mat debut and went 3-2 on the day in the 184 weight class.

Next action for the Spartan men's wrestling team comes on Saturday, December 18 when they travel to Wheaton College for a tri-match against Wheaton and the University of Chicago. The meet time is set for 12:00 p.m. in Wheaton, Illinois.
