The Aurora University men's lacrosse team hosted Illinois Wesleyan University Wednesday afternoon. The Spartans were defeated 12-11.

- IWU got out to an early lead with two goals within the first two minutes of the game.
- Shortly after Spartan
Harrison Canaday would score for AU.
- The Titans would come back with another to make it 3-1.
- Again Canaday would answer quickly with another goal.
- IWU would go on a 3-0 run to end the quarter. 6-2 Titans.
- In the 2nd quarter Spartans
Jimmy Gorecki and
Joseph Dey would each score in the first two minutes cutting the lead to 6-4.
- IWU would go on another 3-0 run to close out the quarter. The Titans would take a 9-4 lead into the half.
- The Spartans dominated the 3rd quarter. Giving up only one goal, but scoring five of their own.
- Spartans to score in the 3rd quarter were

- The Spartans went into the 4th down just 1, 10-9.

- Defense would take over the rest of the game as the Spartans would be defeated 12-11.
