Joseph Dey being the goal scorer.
- AU trailed 5-4 going to halftime.
- Bernstein picked up the hat trick to open the third and tied the game 5-5.
- Goals from Canaday and
Kyle Bosshart gave the Spartans a 7-6 lead with 9:49 left in the third.
- Trailing 10-7 late in the third, Bernstein added his fourth of the night and
Jimmy Gorecki scored late in the period.
- AU trailed 10-9 heading to the fourth.
- Dey scored his second of the night to tie the contest 10-10 with 12:24 to play.
- That goal would be the last for AU as they fell 12-10.
