The Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) has announced that both of the NACC Football Playoff semifinal games scheduled for Saturday, April 10, have been canceled due to health and safety protocols.

AU, the South Division champion (3-0) was to host the North Division runner-up Wisconsin Lutheran College (1-2), while North Division champion Lakeland University (3-0) was set to host South Division runner-up Benedictine University (2-1).

The NACC has determined that the game between Lakeland and Benedictine, and the game between AU and Wisconsin Lutheran, will not be played. The NACC Football playoff will continue next week with divisional champions AU and Lakeland facing off Saturday, April 17, at Aurora. Wisconsin Lutheran will now travel to Benedictine the same day. Kickoff time for AU and Lakeland will be at 6:00 p.m. at Spartan Athletic Park. 

The status of both games on Saturday,. April 17 is subject to change based on the relevant health and safety protocols governing each competing institution.
