The Aurora University men's soccer team celebrated the Spartan senior class prior to kickoff of the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference match-up with the Raiders of Milwaukee of Engineering. The Spartans were victorious over the Raiders with a 2-0 shutout and in doing so locked up a NACC tournament appearance and one of the top two seeds.in the tournament.

- After controlling the ball for most of the half and taking multiple shots on goal the Spartans were unable to add to their lead but kept the momentum into the half leading MSOE 1-0.
- The second half kept the fans on the edge of their seats with AU having prime scoring chances.
- With 12 minutes remaining in the contest, a tremendous team save by the Spartans kept the Raiders from tying the game 1-1.

Enrique Gonzalez dribbled past five defenders and found the back of the Raiders net to extend the Spartans lead 2-0.
