The Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference announced the 2021-2022 women's basketball All-Conference awards on Tuesday afternoon. Spartan guards Crystal Rios and Julie Galauner were selected to the NACC First-Team.

The AU duo were both named NACC South Division All-Conference following the 2020-2021 season.

Galauner was selected First-Team All-Conference for the fifth time in her career after averaging 11.9 points with 4.0 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.1 steals per game. She shot 38.2-percent from the field and 33.6-percent from three-point range. She finishes her career as a Spartan as the all-time leader in scoring with 1,878 points.

Rios earned her second NACC All-Conference selection after she averaged a team leading 13.6 points and 5.8 rebounds per game while shooting 46.1-percent from the field and 35.2-percent from three on the season. 

The AU women finished the 2021-2022 season with a 14-10 overall record and went 11-5 in the NACC.
