The Aurora University men's soccer team hosted the Cougars of Concordia University Chicago Wednesday night for the fourth annual Veterans Cup. The Spartans defeated the Cougars 4-0 in a NACC match-up.

- In the 15th minute, Sal Garcia found Brandon Dolezal who buried the ball into the back of the net and AU led 1-0.
- The score remained 1-0 AU the remainder of the first-half and into the halftime intermission.
- Less than a minute into the second-half, the Spartans extended their lead 2-0. Enrique Gonzalez scored on assists from Sal Garcia and Brandon Dolezal. 
- Three minutes later, Spartan Anthony Marmolejo scored on a header to give AU a 3-0 lead. Brandon Dolezal picked up his third assist of the game.  
- With eight minutes remaining in the half, Alex Rivera joined in on the scoring action. He was assisted by Nick Willner.
- AU defeated Concordia University Chicago 4-0 to earn the Veterans Cup.
