The Aurora University men's soccer team hosted the Cardinals of North Central College for a non-conference matchup. For tonight's match, the Spartans and Cardinals each partnered with the Vs Cancer Program to raise funds for child life programs and pediatric brain cancer research to save kids' lives. The Spartans tied the game 2-2 with a late goal in the final 10 seconds of the match.

    - The Cardinals took a 1-0 lead two minutes into the first-half.
    - Spartan Nick Willner responded and tied the game 1-1 in the 14^th minute.
    - Before heading into half-time, the Cardinals took a 2-1 lead. 
    - The second-half consisted of back and forth action each team having opportunities on goal.
    - As minutes fell off the clock, the intensity of the tightly played game increased the physical play from both sides.
    - With 10 seconds remaining in the contest, the Spartans drew a corner kick and Alex Rivera scored on a header. He was assisted by Eduardo Carrillo.
    - The Spartans and Cardinals tied 2-2.
