The Aurora University women's hockey team returned to Fox Valley Ice Arena for a NCHA match-up against St.Norbert College. The Spartans played an intense physical match-up, but fell short 2-0.

- With eight minutes remaining on the clock in the first period, St. Norbert found the back of the AU net on several rebounds to take a 1-0 lead over the Spartans.
- Despite having 13 shots on goal, the Spartans were unable to get the equalizer before heading into intermission.
- During the second, the Spartans out-shot the Green Knights 9-5, but were unable to capitalize on any scoring opportunities and trailed 1-0.
- The third period saw the physical play intensify with the crowd getting louder as minutes fell of the clock. 
- Midway through the period, St.Norbert made it a 2-0 game.
- The Spartans continued to put the pressure on but would not find a way to get the puck past the Green Knights tender the rest of regulation.
- The game would end 2-0 St. Norbert.
